Thame Players present Shakespeare’s
A Midsummer Night’s Dream
Tuesday 10th – Saturday 14th May at 7.45 pm

If you don’t like Shakespeare or have never seen one of his plays, come and see A Midsummer Night’s Dream, ‘Britain’s favourite Shakespeare play’. Thame Players’ version transforms the theatre into a magical forest which seats the audience within the forest itself. The play is a story of order and disorder, reality and magic, love and marriage. Three couples are to wed, but the troublesome fairies of the forest use magic to misdirect their love. Amongst the mayhem and hilarity, a group of clog-dancing chums appear to perform the entertainment for the wedding.
