During that time, we’ve been taking part in virtual weekly classes and other celebrations which have “kept us on our toes”. But dancing alone at home comes a poor second to the thrill of dancing with friends and enjoying the irresistible rhythms of the jigs, reels and strathspeys of Scottish country dancing. So, we’re really looking forward to resuming dancing in Wendover Memorial Hall on the 9th of September and our New Dancers’ Class will start a few weeks later.
If you’re looking for a new fitness activity after lockdown, why not join our class? Scottish country dancing is a great way to keep fit mentally and physically. You don’t need to be Scottish, wear a kilt or have a partner – and your first visit is free.
In the current circumstances, it’s possible numbers might be restricted when we return, so please contact me before 9th of September for the latest information.
