Thame Backgammon Club
Meets every 2nd Thursday of the month 6:30pm – 9:30pm, at the Thame Lambert Hotel (Wycombe room) OX49 5SQ; and most Tuesdays at the Cross Keys Thame OX9 3JS from 6.30pm. We welcome players of all abilities to play backgammon in a friendly and relaxed setting. This ancient and fascinating board game combines skill and chance, and no two games are ever the same. If you’ve never played before, we’d be happy to show you how. If you’re a connoisseur of the checkers, come and meet other fans and share the pleasures and frustrations of the cruellest game over a board and friendly conversation.
