We all love hearts and flowers.

At this time of year we think of our loved ones – both near and far. Here is a little recipe to brighten the hearts and lives of those who will be so grateful that you have taken the time to cook these delicious biscuits for them.

I am delighted to share this recipe with you all; it can be easily adapted for those on special diets – gluten free (use a gluten free flour mix) or dairy free and soya free (use a dairy free and soya free margarine/spread/milk.)

This recipe does not contain any nuts or seeds and is suitable for vegetarian and egg free diets.
