Summer vibes continue with a scorching line up of must-see shows…

The temperature’s set to rise as tango superstars Vincent Simone and Flavia Cacace take to the stage in Tango Moderno. Dance partners for over two decades, the Strictly Come Dancing favourites are making their World Premiere at the Waterside promising an intoxicating performance full of passion.

Prepare to have your spine chilled as the longest-running thriller in Broadway history, Deathtrap, takes to the stage with familiar faces from stage and TV, Paul Bradley (Holby City, EastEnders) and Jessie Wallace (EastEnders and Kat and Alfie: Re  dwater), and prepare to get your feet tapping to All Or Nothing- The Mod Musical when it explodes on stage in October.

Tigeriffic children’s book, The Tiger Who Came To Tea will be the perfect start to the school year for pre-schoolers and early years, followed by family classic The Railway Children, being brought to life in a stage adaptation full of beautiful period costumes and packed with intrigue, adventure, joy and jubilation.

Comedy comes courtesy of John Bishop, Joel Dommett, Rob Brydon, Milton Jones and Nina Conti, with one nighters a-plenty with sterling tribute acts including Whitney – Queen of the Night, Johnny Cash Roadshow and The Illegal Eagles, alongside explosive dance from Tap Factory and a night like no other with the outrageous La Voix (warming up the masses with her one-woman show before returning to the stage in this year’s magical pantomime!)
