My name is Buzz; I’m a Husky Mix and I’m about 7 years old.

I found myself in the care of Stokenchurch Dog Rescue via the pound as an unclaimed stray. I have settled in well since my arrival and have become accustomed to the daily routines.

I am looking for a home who has had experience of the breed before as I need a lot of specialist care and regular grooming. During my time at Stokenchurch Dog Rescue I developed a fluid growth under my chin and had to have it drained, it has healed really nicely but I still have a few stitches where the growth was and I can be a little bit wary of people touching it.

I do know some basic commands such as sit and my carers tell me that I’m a very clever boy with potential to learn so much more with the right positive based training.

I do like to play with my carers and love a fuss or a treat, but do not like to share my toys, but will happily play with them on my own.

I do enjoy a good groom and will chatter with you whilst you are making me handsome.

I am a bit too much with small dogs and can be intense with larger dogs so my carers think that I would be best as the only dog in the home. In a Husky experienced home, Buzz will make a fabulous addition.
